About me
I am a licensed mental health counselor and have enjoyed doing this work for twenty-one years. I am extensively trained in object relations, attachment, Circle of Security, and EMDR. I value each person I see as an individual with a unique history, needs, and approach to life. I don’t feel that it is ever my job to tell you what to do in your life. It is my job to help you discover what is blocking you from living life the way you want to live it, and then help you to clear those blocks out of the way.
